How to build a sample AI-based Chatbot in Python with RASA NLU and MessengerX.io

MessengerX.io is a developer marketplace for everyday chat apps also known as chatbots.

When I was in the process of releasing my Coding Discord Bots series on YouTube, I was advertising on a NodeJS Facebook group. The owner of the MessengerX.io reached out to me and expressed interest in producing a video for their YouTube channel.

He sent me an existing article that someone on their internal team created outlining how to create a simple python bot using RASA, an open source ML framework. This was the foundation for the video I produced. I worked with their internal team over the course of a few weeks to better understand their platform, and to make revisions to the content as needed.

The video was recorded using Streamlabs OBS and edited using Adobe Premiere Pro. The intro animation was created using Adobe After Effects, and Photoshop was used to create the outro card. I leveraged Envato Elements for the music used in the intro & outro.
